Vadym Shesteryna

Vadym Shesteryna was born in Ukraine. At the age of 18, he experienced repentance and was baptized, consciously dedicating his life to following Christ. At 19, Vadym immigrated to the United States.

From 2006, he lived in Sacramento, California, and in 2016 he and his family moved to Spartanburg, South Carolina, where he is a member of a local church.Since March 2023, Vadym has been serving in pastoral ministry, overseeing the church’s music ministry and administrative leadership. With faithfulness and care, he shepherds God’s people, grounding his ministry in the authority of Scripture and seeking the edification of the church of Christ.

Vadym is married to Inna, and together they are raising three children — Ilya, Anna, and Lilia. Family and church hold a central place in his life and ministry.A special place in Vadym’s heart is devoted to serving people: he seeks to encourage, support, and guide them toward a life of truth and godliness. His favorite Bible verse is Philippians 4:13, which clearly reflects his pastoral heart and confidence in the strength and grace found in Christ.
